What does a Discount mean?

When the market price of shares are worth less than the net asset value (NAV) per share then the share price is said to be 'trading at a discount'. This means that you are able to buy shares at less than the underlying market value of the trust’s assets.

THE SMALL PRINT

The value of investments and any income they produce can fall as well as rise and past performance is not an indicator of future performance. Investors may therefore get back less than invested and should be aware of this risk before investing.
